Pricing -
Not all projects are full days or half-days. Most jobs you can expect to be prorated.
- Full-Day (Up to 8 hours on site): $1,600 + $80 per image (post-production)
- Half-Day (Up to 4.5 hours on site): $900 + $80 per image (post-production)
- Small Projects (Minimum Fee of $750): + $80 per image (post-production)
All photographed setups enter the post-production process.
What's Included
- On-Site Image Production
- Photography digital capture.
- On-site image review to refine compositions collaboratively. I will work closely with you to highlight your design vision and create images that serve your needs.
- Photography digital capture.
- Post-Production
- Every image captured enters the editing process. Included are color corrections, lens corrections, perspective corrections, and enhancements to deliver publish ready images suitable for high-quality print, digital platforms, and contests.
- Standard Use License (see below)
- Travel within the St. Louis Metro Area (parking expenses reimbursed separately)
Standard Use License
Your images come with a non-exclusive, limited-use license, granting:
- Use for collateral (a platform that the Client controls and produces, such as company website, brochure, social media platform); public display; local advertising; and award submissions.
- Rights extend in perpetuity for these uses, with renegotiation required for additional applications (e.g., national advertising campaigns, editorial outlets.)
Restrictions:
- Images cannot be sold or re-licensed.
- Usage rights cannot be transferred to third parties without my written consent (e.g., Instagram accounts offering to “promote” your work).

Multi party licensing is available for 1 additional party, and for 2 or more parties. Please inquire.
